Firstly, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your patience. When we launched this pre-order, we communicated that it might take 2 to 3 months for you to receive your MUGA hat.
You had the option to buy a cheaper hat from China, indirectly supporting Russia’s ally, but you chose to support a Made in Ukraine product instead. By doing so, you are aiding Ukrainian manufacturers striving to sustain their businesses during these challenging times.

Our partner factory in Kharkiv has been working diligently to produce the MUGA hats, despite Russia’s relentless missile strikes and attacks on the power grid, which have severely impacted its capacity.
In order to get the hats out quicker, the manufacturing company is producing the hats in two batches. The first batch arrived to our North American warehouse on August 19th. Production of the second batch is now complete and on it's way to our fulfillment centre. We understand your eagerness to wear your special MUGA hat, and we kindly ask for your patience for a few more weeks as production continues in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s largest frontline city.
Once you receive your hat, we are confident you will be thrilled with its impeccable quality and inspired by the powerful story of where and how it was made. Your support means the world to us and to Ukraine.
