Shifting Toward Made in Ukraine

When we launched Saint Javelin in 2022, our mission was simple: support Ukraine. In the early days, that meant fast-moving print-on-demand products and getting designs out into the world quickly so we could continue supporting the cause through every purchase.

But as we've grown, so has our responsibility — to our customers, our craft, and the country we love.

You may have heard us say that we aspire to be the Patagonia of Ukraine. Not just because we make high-quality apparel. But because we believe that commerce can be a force for national resilience, dignity, and rebuilding.

We’re transitioning away from print-on-demand and toward something far more meaningful: locally manufactured apparel made in Ukraine.

This is not the easiest path — and it’s not the cheapest. But it’s the right one.

With this shift comes:

• Better quality: Fabrics that feel richer. Construction that lasts. Finishing that reflects real craftsmanship.

• Higher prices: Not because we want to charge more, but because it costs more to make something ethical, durable, and made in smaller batches.

• Real impact: Every purchase directly supports Ukrainian tailors, small factories, and family-run workshops.
  
  

We took some of your all-time favorite print-on-demand designs and reimagined them with our Ukrainian manufacturing partners. One of our most iconic designs is the Tryzub, Ukraine’s trident — a symbol of strength, sovereignty, and pride. So it felt right to start here. The result? The new Tryzub Collection: higher quality, proudly made in Ukraine, with expert local craftsmanship woven into every stitch. 

When you buy from this new line, you're not just buying something to wear. You're investing in Ukraine’s future — stitch by stitch, job by job. This is the beginning of a bigger journey. We're working toward manufacturing everything in Ukraine, not just because we can, but because we should.
